No. Debt Clear is not a licensed moneylender and we have no connection to any lender, licensed or otherwise. We will never offer you a loan, a refinancing package.
The Debt Repayment Scheme is a real government programme run by the Ministry of Law. You can read about it here before you speak to us. We’re a registered Singapore business with a physical office you’re welcome to visit.

No. There’s no deposit to hold a slot, no expiring quote, and nobody will call you five times this week.
We know this is a stressful time for you.
Take the information away, sit with it, talk to someone you trust. If you decide the scheme isn’t right for you, that’s a perfectly good outcome and we’ll tell you so ourselves if we think it, not everyone qualifies, and we’d rather say that on the first call than after you’ve paid us.
The only thing worth knowing is that some eligibility rules are time-sensitive, so we’ll flag anything in your situation where waiting could work against you.
The first conversation costs nothing. No consultation fee, no “assessment fee”, no charge for us telling you whether you qualify.
If you go ahead, our fee is a flat $999. Not a percentage of your debt, not a monthly retainer. Unlike other firms; certainly no agent Sales Commission. We don’t take a cut of what you repay.
Separately, there are statutory fees payable to the Ministry of Law as part of the application. Those aren’t ours and we never touch them, you pay them directly to MinLaw. We’ll tell you the exact amount so you can plan for it.
